You expressly consent to be contacted—by phone (including automated dialing), text (SMS/MMS), email, fax, or mail—by us, our Affiliates, or contracted partners regarding your inquiry or promotional offers, even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call registry.

Limitation of Liability

These limitations and disclaimers apply regardless of the legal theory under which you bring a claim and will survive any fundamental breach or failure of the essential purpose of this Agreement. Certain jurisdictions may not allow some of these limitations or exclusions, so you may have additional rights. You further acknowledge that we are not liable for any information that may be intercepted during internet transmission; you release us from all claims related to unauthorized interception or use of such information. If you reside in California, you also expressly waive your rights under California Civil Code section 1542—which provides that a general release does not extend to claims that a party does not know or suspect exist at the time of settling—understanding that this waiver is a material term of this Agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetLegalRelief, its Affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (each an “Indemnitee”) from and against any claims, suits, actions, or proceedings (“Claims”), and any resulting damages, costs, or attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with (i) your use of the Site or any actions you take in connection with it; (ii) your breach of this Agreement; or (iii) your failure to comply with any applicable laws. In the event we notify you of such a Claim, you will have the opportunity to assume its defense (with counsel reasonably acceptable to us) or settle the Claim on terms we find reasonable. We may provide you with information and assistance, at our discretion, to help you defend or settle such Claims.

Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or its services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site or any service.

Third-Party Services

The Site may include links to, or integrations with, third-party services (such as analytics providers or advertising networks). Your use of such services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and GetLegalRelief is not responsible for their practices.

Survival

All sections and all other provisions that by their nature should survive, will remain in effect after termination of this Agreement.

Miscellaneous

Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and we consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in any state or federal court located in the State of California.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising under this Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration in any county within the State of California, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver: You and GetLegalRelief agree that any arbitration will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to a jury trial or to participate as a class representative or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

International Use

The Site is intended for U.S. residents. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
